ACCREDITATION PREPARATION
New to AAAHC? New to accreditation surveys? New to Quality Improvement studies? I can assist you with the application process and completing the QI studies and other documents you may be asked to submit with your application. We can work together for a successful survey resulting in accreditation for your organization.
MOCK SURVEY
I will come to your facility, usually for two days, and thoroughly assess your readiness for your survey. We will go systematically through your administrative and clinical processes. I will demonstrate to your staff how the survey will be conducted. We will address and correct any deficiencies. We will discuss strategies for improvement as needed. I will provide a Summation Conference at the conclusion of my visit. A detailed written report will follow shortly.
SURVEY DAY ON-SITE SUPPORT
I can be with you for your announced Non-CMS survey and assist you during the site visit. I can guide you through the process with the surveyors.
REMOTE ADVISEMENT
I can help you remotely after a Mock Survey with your continuing efforts to prepare for your survey.
PLAN OF CORRECTION ASSISTANCE
CMS surveys with deficiencies result in a Plan of Correction requirement. I can walk you through the process for completing the Plan of Correction. This will assure the plan is accepted and your facility is compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards.
